Eratosthenes Apr 18, 2020 @ 11:06pm. The blade type determines if it's civilian capable or not. Thrust/No Thrust doesn't matter (most have both cut and thrust). The Cavalry Broadsword is NOT civilian equipable. The Arming swords, Warswords, and Spatha blades ARE civilian equipable.
